How do you cope with your stress?
I have a lot of my own way. One thing I do is walking and running. When I walk long time, I could forget many things that problems, worries and sad... After that my body feels tired, so I can fall asleep easily. After deep sleep I can start to do anything again.
= I have several ways to cope with my stress, and two of the most effective are walking and running. When I go for a long walk, I can temporarily forget my worries and sadness. Afterward, my body feels exhausted, making it easy for me to fall asleep. Following a deep sleep, I feel refreshed and ready to start on everything again. |
