How do my favorite hobbies or activites make me feel?
My favorite hobby is the searching for delicious foods, which makes me so happy.
I have lots of appetite, so I have to repeat a control my weighte = weight.
Reducing my weight is really hard and stressed = stressful.
Even though there is this problem for me, I can't give preasure = pleasure of eating up ever.
The fulfillement frome foods = fulfillment from food is a way to calm down my bad feeling = feelings when I suffer from problems.
Exercising is a activty = an activity to feel happy on contrary = happy. Contrary to what I said before.
As I am a person loving = who loves to lie in the bed, I have to mind set = create a mindset to exercise.
But I can feel a huge sense of accompishment = accomplishment when I ignore my bothersome and exercise hard.
Because I know the advantages of exercise, which lead to sleep = leads to sleeping deeply, plus energy, and compose muscle of body = composed of body muscle.
I'm so happy when I complete the exercise!

My favorite hobby is searching for delicious foods, which brings me a lot of joy. However, I have quite an appetite, so I need to manage my weight. Losing weight is challenging and stressful for me. Despite this struggle, I can’t resist the pleasure of enjoying food. The satisfaction I get from eating helps me calm my bad feelings when I’m facing difficulties.
On the other hand, exercising is an activity that makes me happy, which is somewhat contradictory to my previous thoughts. As someone who loves to lounge in bed, I need to cultivate a mindset that encourages me to exercise. Yet, I feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment when I push through my reluctance and work out hard. I understand the benefits of exercise, such as improved sleep, increased energy, and a toned body. Completing a workout always fills me with happiness! |
