  I think a good leader needs 3 things. Firstly, they're supposed to have good ears. They listen to their teammate's ideas and oppinions carefully. Secondly, they need to make a good decision. They need to make a dicison at some point after listening all ideas from their co worker. Lastly, They need to have a warm heart. They need to respect and love their colleage even though some people can't their job perfectly. Because we are team.

Secondly, they need to make a good decision = decisions. They need to make a dicison = decision at some point after listening all ideas from their co worker = co-workers

Lastly, They = they need to have a warm heart. They need to respect and love their colleage = colleagues even though some people can't their job perfectly. Because =,because we are team. (or: After all, we are one team working toward the same goal.)
