It's a very challenging problem for me because the balance between individuality and community varies depending on the situation. In the past, I tended to focus more on my need for individuality rather than on the community. As I've matured and broadened my perspective, I've made an effort to establish a better balance.
I believe that maintaining my inner peace is the most important thing for me, even if it means I might gain or lose less than others. While I can be somewhat selfish, I also have sympathy for others, and I feel uncomfortable when someone experiences a gain or loss.
I've learned the value of concession from wise individuals. I find that conceding is satisfying when I let go of my own needs. However, I don’t feel the need to justify my concessions to others, as the purpose of conceding is for my own well-being. This approach resembles a mental victory, which is essential for preserving my inner peace.
