What self-care practices have helped me in the past?
I want to be a well self-care person.
I believe the person is independent, who = independent if they can control their own perspective on any situations = situation.
I had woke = wake up early in the morning, including weekend = on weekends.
It made me did a = makes me productive and felt = feel fresh.
Consequently, I lied = lay on the bed until 10 P.M. and guaranteed about 7 sleeping hours = guarantee a sleep of 7 hours.
It helped = helps me make a healthy life.
I tend to maintain this until now.
