The one that I couldn't live without is dishwasher. = a dishwasher machine.
Because, that make me decrese the time to wash the dishes. = Because it allows me to spend less time doing dishes.
I live my familes, there are so many dishes and clothes. =  I live with my family, so there are plenty of dishes and clothes to wash.
So, in my home on the sink always stacked a lot of dishes. = So there are a lot of dishes piled in the sink.
Generally we have wash the dishes 2 or 3 times. I think it is a waste of time.. = Generally, we have to wash the dishes 2-3 times a day, which I believe is a waste of energy.
After I bought dishwasher, it is really helpful to our home. = After I purchased the dishwasher, it has been really useful in our home.
