I experienced a lot of thing = things  this year.
My wife is pregnant. I got to know this is a = I know that it is a  gift from heaven.
And I moved to a new house. I was sorry to = for my wife because our first house after marrige is old and not so big.
I feel sorry to = for my wife everyday. I have been to late almost everyday due to my business.
So my wife is waiting in our home until my arrival.
I wanted to give a new house for my wife.
Now my wife says " This home is very nice" and it makes me comfortable.
