People have different views about how to make our road much safer when driver break law. While some people believe that using strong punishments to drive offenders would reduce car accident rate, others say that there are other means of decreasing the number of car accidents. This essay will discuss the issue from both sides.
On the on hand, strict regulation associated with offending driving habits would be more effective to reduce the amount of expenditure on car accidents. In short, there are various ways of punishments for them, Such as small fine, drive license suspension and driving awareness courses. Interestingly, these punishments involve a huge impact on drivers¡¯ habits. For example, when the government increases the number of fines and penalty points, drivers are more likely to comply with driving laws in order to avoid being imposed fines on them.
