I would do 3 things for student-centered teaching.
First of all, I make a classroom that students ask and answer by themselves. Instead of teacher' teaching, it is important that students make question about what they learn about and answer.Interacting with teacher or other students, they can learn more.
Second, I use student's interests for learning materials.
Students are motivated by what they are interested in. So when they saw it, they want to learn about it.
Finally I make students plan what they learn about and evaluate themselves. Teaching from start to finish, student has to be an autonomous for student-centered teaching. |
