Let me tell you about my good personality.
l have had an active and positive attitude toward all tasks. I also have a strong sense of confidence and competition.
Ever since I was a child, my parents taught me how to start conversation (conversations) with other people and to make new friends well. and I have learned reasonable ways to cope with a variety of difficulties since my childhood. = (You can also say "since I was a child") 
Therefore, I have exerted more effort on having a conversation with other people in my school life and social life. When I was in secondary school, I was a leader in my class in every grades (grade). And I have overcome (overcame) a lot of difficulties such as academic performances, entering university and acquiring employment opportunity.
There are a couple of reasons why my character is a great (my character is great).
My personality is not only optimistic but a useful character as well. = My personality is not only optimistic but useful as well. At present I have been working as a professor for 3 years now. Thus, these characters have an essential impact on conversing with students and carrying out my commitment in my work place. Moreover, constructive attitudes and thoughtful thinking are very useful to converse with my students who have a lot of difficulties in their everyday life.
