I think personal happiness is more important than career success. I believe personal happiness is most important, and for me, career success is only one part of that happiness.
I like stability and comfort, so I am not a very passionate person. That's why I don't have an interest in being successful in my career, and I just want to live happily with my family.
I believe career success is just one way to achieve personal happiness, not the ultimate goal. However, sometimes people lose sight of personal happiness while focusing too much on work. For example, we might lose our health, family, or other important things if we focus too much on work. Happiness is a very subjective thing, so only I can protect my happiness. There are many ways to keep myself happy, like doing well at work, staying healthy, having a good mind, and having strong relationships. I have not made career success my top priority so far because of all these reasons. |
